Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (PEA)

A PEA is an initial ecological assessment of a site used to identify ecological value, potential for protected species, and any further survey requirements for planning.

Badger Surveys

Badger surveys identify badger setts and ensure appropriate mitigation is implemented to protect badgers and their setts during development.
